(Fragaria vesca) Deep scarlet, egg-shaped fruits weigh two to three grams each. Everbearer that yields the first season from an early planting. A very productive alpine sort, sweet and flavorful.

What are the pros? perfect germination

What are the cons? none

Review:

I just love growing these as windowsill plants during the winter. It allows something young and green to grace the house. I sprout a new packet as often as I can, keeping young ones on my windowsill. They start off best in shallower pots that are bigger around; I favor perforated gallon ice-cream containers. I water the seed/lings with a tablespoon so as not to displace anybody. The new tender sprouts are so fragile. Extremely fertile seed with this variety, if I don't get %100 germination I know I'm doing something wrong! Looking forward to accumulating enough plants to fill rows and borders.

What are the pros? Everbearing, fast to fruit,

What are the cons? None

Review:

These are great, in started from seed inside in early february. Transplated 3 small plants into a planter in end of April. They are now huge and I'm harvesting small berries almost every day. If they arent totally ripe, they are bland. But let them get deep red and they are melt in your mouth sweet. Love these

What are the pros? Great taste

What are the cons? May taste very bad

Review:

Hello, i grew these strawberry variety. They taste great (just a little sweet and they have a very rich flavour) if well watered and if they get the right ammount of sun. They are very heat and drought resistant (survived 10 days at 40?C (104 f) without watering). If they lack the sun or if they don't get watered very regurlarly they will taste like cardboard. So dont't blame the variety if you lack the right growing conditions.Good luck!
