Review:

Appleblossom Snapdragons are my favorite flower this season. I planted seeds in starter cups in November, had great germination rates (just sprinkled seeds on top of soil and kept moist). Transplanted seedlings in December when they were between 2-4" tall. They grew really fast after they were transplanted and had lush 1' tall foliage when I began pinching in order to get it to be bushier (this might delay flowering). Each snapdragon plant had ~4-6 tall stems/shoot (1.5') and multiple smaller stems/shoots (0.5'). By mid-March each stem/shoot started to develop a flower bud (looks like a large round dome), after a week it begins to grow longer and the snapdragon flowers open. The flowers were exactly as pictured appleblossom pink petals with gold in the center/lips. At the moment they are ~2ft and growing, with more blossoms opening up every day. A beautiful winter/spring blooming perennial in South Florida. I will be planting even more next year and highly recommend these flowers!
