You won't regret it! This basil has had a spot in my garden for over a decade and it just doesn't ever fail. It looks great, next to tomatos or in the flower garden. It tastes great, and doesn't loose it's color when you make pesto like some of the green cultivars. It makes flavored wine vinegar turn purple. It's got a kind of thai basil zing, but more suble. It's just great!
