Cute, compact plants are only 6-inches tall and are great for growing in containers; it has a spicy, slightly anise flavor and is a must for Greek cooking.

After harvesting a few things from the greenhouse, I decided to put fresh chopped Greek Dwarf Basil on my Garlic bread this morning, wow what a flavor boost to start the day! Great flavor.

I planted seeds Sunday evening put them on the heat pad kept them about 70-75 degrees and by Wednesday at noon I'm seeing germination. Is that some sort of record or what? For those of you that can't wait for something to come up, here's to basil.

Love this stuff! Very successful growing it in a pot on the front porch with morning sun. We are moving to PNW soon and I will buy more seed and try it up there.
