What are the pros? great fresh and cooked
What are the cons? late producer short keeper
Enormous plants not suitable for containers. Needs lots of room and support. Steady producer. Strong, healthy plants. I'd like to try dehydrating some but just can't stop eating them.

I plante these for the first time this year and am absolutely amazed by how delicious and beautiful they are....I live on the Greek islands where the climate is perfect for tomatoes, and spend a lot of time preparing the soil, with mulch, compost and sheep fertilizer and the results are truly impressive larger than the one pictured, but most impressive is the taste.....

I bought these seeds three years ago. First two years of planting no result, lost plants for different reasons, weather and garderner error. This year weather and expirence payed off. Pretty fruit, start dark and light green then ripened to yellow and orange top to bottom. I found that the ripe fruit was very tender and attracted pests, but if picked when just starting to change color and left to ripen produced anamzing tomato.
I found this tomato on a farm stand very near where it was developed in northern California and have grown it from seed each year since. It's truly beautiful and truly tasty. Each one is a picture. Turn it over and see stars!
