What are the pros? Enthusiastic and Beautiful

I love blue flowers and this is one of the best. The blue color is bright. It grows without any fuss and it self seeds so I can enjoy it year after year.

What are the pros? Vibrant, Easy
These babies withstood my gopher whom ate most of my other flower seeds. They grew easily and are delicate, beautiful 2 1/2 in blooms. Beautiful.

My first Blue Boy just popped up and bloomed, and not only is the color a welcome dash in my cottage garden, but the foliage is light gray-green, too. An extra note of contrast to all the medium greens and darks is a definite plus. I'm in 8b, and all i did was toss the seed into my mix of roses and established perennials as soon as we reached the frost-free date this year. I'd recommend following the directions, of course, but this is an easy germination choice, in addition to the charm of its coloring.

Probably the easiest flower to grow. It reseeds on its own for annual return. It prefers to germinate in colder soil so sow in late winter or even fall. Reminds me of my grandma who spoke of it growing wild in the fields near her childhood home in Germany. Spectacular blue color too.
