The typical Nai-Pe-Tsai type pak choy, semiupright plant produces thick, white stems and deep green leaves. Good for warm areas as it is heat tolerant.

Review:

Here in San Jose, this makes a nice, quick crop even in the heat of summer. I planted a row in the first week of August and am harvesting it 30 days later. The stalks are juicy and the leaves are tender, with a sturdy flavor. I sowed it with a foot between rows but it looks like it could easily take half of that.

This one has been simple, hardy and very tasty. My daughter actually asks for it as an afternoon snack!

Grows well even in weird Colorado spring weather. Doesn't mind a little snow or cold nights. Very tasty.
