What are the pros? Easy and quick to grow

What are the cons? Bolted too quickly to eat

Review:

This grew very quickly, in just about a month, but then bolted even before reaching maturity. We've had normal (for our area) spring weather, with daytime temps around 70 degrees and nighttime around 50 degrees. I planted this in the coolest, partially shaded part of my garden, and it bolted right away. None of my other greens or herbs have bolted yet. Disappointed, as this was described as "heat tolerant".

What are the pros? Everything

What are the cons? Nothing

Review:

The seed quality of this company is exceptional! I planted in the early spring and had Greens in a very short time to harvest with high germination. I think they all came up and seed was a few years old. The flavor is so good. A favorite and will purchase again.

What are the pros? Comeback kings

What are the cons? None

Review:

Quick to germinate and my chickens worship them. After multiple attacks from the flock and drought like conditions that plagued the early fall weeks they look amazing. Will be trying them for taste soon! Planted in late September.

What are the pros? Juicy stems

I start the seedlings indoors and transplant outside. Fast growing, juicy stems. Great for Stir-fries. It grows well in hot weather....even over 95 degrees F.

What are the pros? Nothing

What are the cons? Bolts immediately

Review:

I grew this last summer (2014) because I had heard that this Bok Choy wouldn't bolt as fast as the other varieties I've tried, but this bolted almost as soon as it started growing, and last summer was unusually cool so I hate to think how it would have faired in a normal warm summer. I have officially given up on trying to grow Bok Choy.
