What are the cons? can be hot
I planted these with other fall radishes to see how I liked them. I thinned them and we ate the thinnings in salads. They grew to quite large, some of them and rarely pithy. A big hit. all in all; we eat them raw or cooked, they stored in the root cellar all winter so we were still eating them in May, plus they are good in fermented vegetables.
