this radish probably gets looked over because it's just whitish/green on the outside. now cut it open and ---POW! the intense magenta heart is in your face. The flavor is not like any other hot radish. this one is crisp and sweet with a slight bite at the end. Truly one to enjoy plain or in salads!!if you sell at a farmers market or have a CSA this one is a must. One look and taste will have your customers requesting this by name.
