What are the pros? Mild savory flavor
What are the cons? 80% of my seeds bolted
Very easy to sew direct in garden. I wondered what the yellow flowering plant was because I had not planted anything of that description. I tasted it straight off the plant stalk and was surprised to taste a mild bok choy, sure enough it was the Ching Chang. We had weird weather this year so will I try it again? Possibly, or may switch to one a little more temperature tolerant, not sure yet.
