What are the pros? Strong cabbage high vigor

What are the cons? The foolish reviewer bellow

Review:

This is a response to the negative reviewer below who thumbs downed this variety with the intention of venting frustration regarding failure to germinate. I am sorry to point out that your failure to germinate any of the seeds is not indicative of their quality, but rather, your technique. Cabbage and all brassiere family seeds sprout very easily under even unideal conditions, so you might want to make sure that your technique is correct for germinating seeds period. I recommend a moisture retaining medium that is constantly moist BUT NOT SOAKED (soaked medium causes seedling root rot). I am guessing what happened in your case is that you sowed too deeply and then allowed the seeds to dry out before they busted through the surface. Revisit your technique. Technique is EVERYTHING in life.

Review:

Of the several varieties we grew this year, this one did the best, and gave us medium sized cabbage heads throughout the season. We started from seed here in zone 5a, and put out in mid-May (could have put out earlier) and had heads by mid to late July and continuing through the season. I just pick one as I need it and a week later I pick another. They have remained tender and delicious regardless of time picked. They also don't take up as much room as traditional cabbage, so you can fit more in the same space. I don't think I'll have any for storage but will try that next year.

What are the pros? none yet

What are the cons? Poor germination

Review:

I planted a flat of these. I used 1/3 of the packet and only had three seeds that grew. I tried two more times.. one failure and one produced two germinated seeds.

What are the pros? Started Great

What are the cons? Never got to eat it

Review:

We started these seeds inside and had them ready to go about a week before the last frost. We put them out right away and they grew amazing. The only problem was that after about 2 weeks of great growth they just stopped. We tried to get them going again but they just would not grow. After another month we pulled them. We will try again next year just to find what we did wrong.
