Also known as shooting star, indeed the small yellow flowers shine through an airy cloud of foliage. The fragrant little blooms are just 1 inch across. This is an under-appreciated annual that is native to North America and takes very little care to absolutely thrive. The mound shaped plants average 1 by 1 foot and make an excellent ground cover. They need very little water once established, making them perfect for hanging baskets or xeriscape (water-less) gardens.
