22 days. The classic, round red radish with crisp white flesh that is mild and tasty. Has better warm weather tolerance than many.

What are the pros? fast, early, fun

What are the cons? none

Review:

I put these in about a month before the frost date so I could harvest them right when I would be putting other direct sow seeds in. It actually took closer to four weeks to mature, but that is probably due to a lot of cold and cloudy days. I loved being able to start so early, while I am starting other things from seed indoors. I expect to harvest about 224 of these from a 4X4 square foot garden. I discovered that if you cut them in halves or quarters, coat them in olive oil, and spices to taste, bake at 425 for about 40 minutes they make an amazing side dish. I will plant these again next spring, and see how they do in the winter with a cold frame.

Grew these in a patio container. Quick to mature. Beautiful scarlet color. Can be a bit spicy if they get big! Overall great taste and easy to grow!

What are the pros? fast growing, easy and tasty!

What are the cons? none

Review:

They might as well call it Old Faithful, cause every seed sprouted and has produced great radishes quite early! I was the first one to eat something out of my garden at our community garden here because they grew so fast. So tasty my youngest son is now a fan!

What are the pros? Easy, versitile

What are the cons? Grow too fast. ;)

Review:

Great, fast little radishes. Easy to grow and great to throw into any spare space at almost any time. These grow so fast though, you really have to be on your game to thin them fast enough. Its probably just easier to take more care not to get them too close to begin with; a good problem to have.

What are the pros? thrives in FL panhandle heat

What are the cons? mature closer to 30 days

Review:

Other than them taking longer to mature than expected, these are the easiest thing ever to grow. They stood up to early fall heat in FL (above 90 almost every day) and almost seemed to thrive in it.
