The perfect baby vegetable for marketing, this tiny pak choy is picked when just 2 tall! It has dark green, wrinkled leaves with thick, white petioles and can be used whole to make amazing salads and stir-fries! Very tender and delicious!

What are the pros? Delicious!

What are the cons? Nothing

Review:

These did well in my fall garden. No germination problems, the plants required little care and my children loved them. I will be growing these every year!

What are the pros? Fast growing and good flavor

What are the cons? Bolts to quick

Review:

The flavor was awesome, quick to grow but also quick to bolt. They didn't grow the signature compact bok choy heads for me though ehh no worries though.

What are the pros? Fast Grower

What are the cons? Bolts easily

Review:

You really need cool temperatures to grow this bok choy. I have been growing this bok choy for 1 full year now and it does very well from October/November all the way to March/April. However, it can't handle the summer heat in Northern CA.

What are the pros? Great flavor

What are the cons? too small

Review:

We grew this choy for two years now. The plants are delicious, but are actually too small. A family of four can easily eat through an entire seed package in just a few meals. The tiny choy also bolts quicker than other choy. The plants never got the upright habit as pictured above. I think the Shanghai Green dwarf choy or Canton choy give you more bang for your buck and taste just as good.

What are the pros? taste great, good use of space

What are the cons? none

Review:

Very good tasting. I plant it around tomatoes and other big plants...good use of space in the garden. Easy to save seeds.
