What are the cons? intense flavor
This is a bitter flavored eggplant. Frying it in oil didn't cook out the flavor. I don't have a use for the fruit, but I think the leaves are intriguing. They have a lot of tensile strength for a leaf. The leaf flavor is mild. When I cooked it in oil it got crisp like a leaf cracker and tasted like spinach.
