What are the pros? Sweet, high yield, traditional
What are the cons? none
As a local Farmers Market vendor, we rely on Georgia Rattlesnake for its consistently high yield, sweet taste, and 'traditional' style (with black seeds). Once they ripen, which is mid to late August in Ohio, we sell out every week to customers who describe them as "hard to carry to the car, but definitely worth it!" and some say their kids have a great time having seed-spitting contests. We are a forever fan of this variety and highly recommend it to backyard gardeners and professional growers alike.
