Tall plants grow 8-12 feet and produce multiple blooms that are a soft, creamy yellow in color with a chocolate center. A striking variety for the garden's edge.

What are the pros? Excellent germination rate

What are the cons? The birds and rodents take all

Review:

I really wish I could get some blooms. I began planting these in June. First the birds plucked them. Planted in mid-June. The plants were nibbled by voles and then wiped out at a foot tall by deer. I planted more in July. The grasshoppers took half of them and all of the Lemon Queens growing in front of them. Next came 25 degree frost in September, damaging the plants at five foot tall, and only sparing the Russian Mammoth and Large Grey Stripe sunflowers. And now the blooms are swelling, though we have had more frosts, and I am waiting to see a flower. Most likely I will have to order more seed and try again next year.

Review:

By far the most beautiful sunflowers I have ever seen. Complete germination. Honey bees and humming birds are very much attracted to them.

Review:

These sunflowers are fantasic! I saved seeds from the first year flowers and they grew just as well. The yellow finches love to eat the seeds. Plant them in a protected area from deer in large pots, then transfer when they are 6 feet tall, if you will.

What are the pros? Beautiful. tall,

What are the cons? a bit buggy

Review:

These sun flowers are absolutely beautiful. They are giants and they reseed themselves. I planted them last year and did not have to do a thing this year and my sunflower patch is twice as big! Additionally the birds love them.
