What are the pros? color of the eggplant
What are the cons? slow to mature
This is a intensely flavored eggplant. Mostly seeds and very moist and liquidy inside, no common eggplant meat. If you multiply that faint flavor that most eggplants have by 50 you'll get this flavor. Could be useful in some intense flavored dishes. I can't use it for my needs.
