What are the pros? Perfect

What are the cons? nothing

Review:

Used for container plants at entrance to vegetable garden; absolutely perfect size, perfect color, gets fuller and bushier as season progresses. Tolerates lack of watering, lack of rain, too much rain, anything!! Bees love it. So beautiful I took dug up part of the container before the frost and transplanted to a smaller pot in our sun room just so I could have some of its sunny color a few more weeks.

What are the pros? They never stop blooming!

What are the cons? Maybe a bit too prolific.

Review:

I planted these marigolds once about 15 or 16 years ago and I have never had to plant them again. I leave enough blooms on the plants to set seed naturally, and each spring they pop up again -- sometimes far from the original beds. I transplant them everywhere I want them and by mid-summer they are bushes covered in big, bright blooms! The flower petals are pretty in potpourri, salads or as color in rice, soups, etc. in addition to looking beautiful in the garden.

What are the pros? everything

What are the cons? too big?

Review:

Don't ever waste your money on the big box store marigolds again. I planted these in my vegetable garden as companions, and they took off! Here it is almost October, and these have turned into large marigold bushes. I never realized how large marigolds can grow- I always bought the local tool store's version. I will always plant this variety until I find something I like more. These plants are beautiful, and the bees loved them.

Lots of flowers! The bumblebees couldn't resist them. I saved the seed to plant for the bumbles again.

What are the pros? Tons of flowers

What are the cons? None

Review:

I planted these in Massachusetts, they were a bit slow to take off because this spring was very cold. But once they got bigger I was very impressed. I am now in Florida and brought one with me in my car lol. The plant is still covered in tons of flowers and buds, it has been going strong this entire time. I will definitely be planting this again.
