What are the pros? love the color and crunch
What are the cons? no dislikes
I planted two large south-facing containers of "Jutrzenka" radishes in mid-March. This spring was much milder than 2015 and they sprouted quickly. They reached maturity in about 25-30 days. They were mostly nicely round in shape. A few were elongated. The color was light, almost raspberry pink. Texture was sharp and crunchy. The taste was mild, almost too mild. Even the last ones I picked, the large more mature roots were mild. Last year I grew "De 18 Jours" which had a much sharper bite. I
recommend "Jutrzenka" if you like a mild radish. I am currently saving seeds from this variety and will plant them again in a year or two.
