What are the pros? Very Easy To Grow.
What are the cons? None
This was so easy to grow. Came right up and got big fast. Will be getting a ton more of this. Also it is addictive. If you have this stuff around the house you will seek it out to give it a shake and constantly sniff your hands :)

My lemon balm patch is growing very vigorously about 8 inches tall with a 2 foot spread making a nice little mound, I even found a toad house under one my bush! Wish we could post a picture of our plants!!!

What are the pros? grows very well
What are the cons? they now are everywhere
beware these plants breed like rabbits, i got them all over my garden/ lawn/ places i didnt even think they could grow. would be good in an enclosed area as they spread like wildfire
What are the pros? Beautiful Scent, Easy to Grow
I grew this for the first time last year, and intend to grow it from now on. I found myself having a cup of lemon balm tea nearly every night. The plants grew vigorously and the taste and scent is enjoyable. I used this herb more than any other in my garden.

What are the pros? Delicious and attractive
What are the cons? none!
Good germination and a vigorous grower. Delicious lemon flavor, great for tea. Makes a nice mound about a foot or so high and across, very nice plant. Flowers the second year for me, tiny and not much to attract bees or other insects. Makes a great perennial bedding plant as well as in the herb garden.
