Easy growing plant looks a little like flat leaf parsley. The celery flavor is fantastic. I used it so much I moved it from the garden to my patio. I would snip some and use it in fried potatoes, eggs, potato soup, salad, veggie soup stock, even in some salsa. The flavor got stronger late in the season. You might start with a little and add to taste as you go, so it doesn't over power your dish.
