(Alcea rosea) Romantic, soft, blushing pink flowers with darker pink centers; this dwarf variety produces fully double, large "powderpuff" type flowers. Such a lovely color and easy to grow as an annual or biennial.

What are the pros? Bloomed the first year!

What are the cons? A Japanese beetle favorite.

Review:

Started theses from seeds inside in early spring. Every seed germinated, and transplanted without problem. I was so pleased to have them bloom this year. The height ranges from 1 1/2 ft to 3 1/2 ft tall, and absolutely loaded with flowers. The color is beautiful, like a blushing ivory with a soft yellow center-just love them!.

What are the pros? Nice plant

What are the cons? Color

Review:

When I ordered these seeds I thought I was getting blooms that were pink and deep pink in middle as shown on packet of seeds. The blooms are ivory in color. Very disappointed
