What are the pros? High germination rate, yummy

What are the cons? Susceptible to fungus?

Review:

I planted these in south Georgia, in the spring. The heat hit mid to high 80s and low 90s immediately but these are still producing. I'm looking forward to planting them in the fall to see if they do even better. They taste awesome, my kid loves them. The bottoms of the plants, as another reviewer pointed out, is yellowing and looks maybe like it is susceptible to fungus or mildew but the tops are green and still producing. I might try making sure to only get the soil wet next time and see if that helps.

What are the pros? great in stir fries

What are the cons? It doesn't grow all year.

Review:

Very easy to grow and productive. I planted in March and the plants are 5-6 ft tall now. I harvest a handful a day. The plants are showing signs of mildew and senescence on the lower parts of the plant but the top remains healthy and productive.

Review:

I am in love with this pea. The pods on my plants are huge and grew so fast. When I went away for a week and came back to quite a few that were already getting fat in the pods, I went ahead and tasted them off the bush and found them still succulent-crunchy and sweet. I also stir-fried some with shiitake mushrooms and tofu, and they were great. So far these plants are not showing signs of powdery mildew, which attacks some of my other peas. These do need support, as they grow both densely and rather high.

Review:

I've only just planted 12 seeds on the 20th, today is the 24th and every single one has sprouted miraculously overnight! I stuck them in some damp jiffy mix with worm castings and just left them in window. Easy crops like these are always satsifying! Can't wait to see what kind of yields these guys get!

Review:

These peas grow like crazy. They taste great right off the vine, in salads, and stir fry. So good! I'm definitely growing them every year from now on. They are perfectly suited for a winter crop here in southern california.
