This is the only okra that I have grown, so cannot compare to others, but it was fantastic! I chose it for the name, as one of the dh's family names is Millsap. It grew well in our heat and dry weather. I picked it at about 4 inches long and rinsed and put straight onto the bbq grill to roast till tender crisp. It was amazing. Easy to grow, once it got hot enough to germinate. Pods grown to save seed got up to 15 inches long.Easy plant to save seed from. I am growing it again this season. It germinated too well , so I had to transplant 4 inch tall plants: 4 of 6 actually survived the transplant in 100 degree weather, shaded for 3 days. Will definatley continue to grow this plant.
