(C. pepo) 105 days—Polish hull-less seeded variety. Plants are of a compact running habit, a bonus in small gardens. Fruits are nearly spherical, orange mottled in green outside, weigh-in at 6 to 10 lbs. Inside are plenty of hullless seeds, just waiting for extraction, drying, and snacking!

What are the pros? easy, fun, large

What are the cons? a few rotted, not sure why

Review:

I grew these along with Kakai and Lady Godiva. The plants got all mixed together, so it was a bit challenging to figure out which was which. But I'm pretty sure that Miranda grew much larger than the other two. They all matured around the same time, and we got a good crop for our northern short summer. Lady Godiva produced the smallest pumpkins that were more ornamental than the others for that reason. For quantity of seed and ease of processing larger was better! The flesh was bland for eating, but was tasty when dehydrated. These were easy to grow, and we got good germination. Fun to try, but we probably won't grow them again.
