The color of the skin and flesh was quite variably, with about 2/3 of the radishes having green skin, color inside ranging from nearly white to bright red. Much bigger tops than more typical radishes, so plan on thinning well and giving them more space. They are exceptionally beautiful on salads and taste AWESOME roasted in the oven with other fall root vegetables. We are in North Mississippi, zone 7a. While the description says they are mild, we found ours to be quite hot.
