What are the pros? Fantastic flavor and color
What are the cons? None, really.
I love this stuff. It should be on every sandwich made on earth. It has a sharp taste of horseradish, I love the spikey leaves, and it is just beautiful. We didn't do super well with it in containers on the front porch (mostly shaded), but it and the Red Streaks Mizuna have taken over a raised bed of salad greens. By the way, mizuna is actually a Brassica. Go figure. I think ours is about 18" high or so, and it is now starting to bolt. The microgreens from this stuff are also very tasty.
