What are the pros? Very pretty, tasty, hardy
What are the cons? None
If I were teaching children to garden, I would have them plant this mizuna. The feathery red leaves are beautiful and germination is dependable. The taste is cabbagey, as expected. I put this in stir-fries as well as salads. The mizuna is growing in wood board raised beds at my farm. The temperature got down to 16 degrees last week and the mizuna survived with only basic row cover on it.
