Annual. Heat-tolerant mix of brilliant Portulaca colors in single flowers—cerise, scarlet, tangerine, sunflower yellow. Low-growing color, ideal for dry banks, edging, or in pots.

What are the pros? They look great on the packet

What are the cons? Never grew beyond tiny seedlin

Review:

I sowed dozens of these indoors under strong plant lights early in the spring. Many germinated, but everything stayed incredibly tiny, not developing beyond the initial two leaves. Maybe someone out there who has had more success can suggest a way to spark further growth?

What are the pros? planting from seeds...all flow

What are the cons? Ground hogs eating plants

Review:

Saw these for the first time at a Nursery in Chestertown, MD where they are popular with the local boaters because they are so care-free/heat tolerant. Although I haven't grown them, I have that tough-to-grow-because-it's-so-dry spot around my mailbox that gets the blistering hot sun in the afternoon. I'm writing a review because I KNOW that they will do, perfectly, there. I've put my email in because your currently out of stock but, I'm a buyer when you get them! :)
