What are the pros? tastes amazing

What are the cons? none

Review:

Despite the difficulties of growing on an heavy clay, canal irrigated farm these actually grew and were wonderfully sweet. They even impressed my pessimistic father in law.

Review:

This is a nice carrot of good size and excellent flavour. Carrots can be tricky to grow in Houston....there's a sweet spot between not enough daylight in the winter and too much heat in the summer. These hit that sweet spot. I left a few in the ground over the summer of 2015 and despite the usual summer heat, they didn't get too bitter. If they are sown in the fall, they take longer to mature and don't get nice and orange until about February. On the plus side, they keep just fine in the ground over the winter and they taste nice even after a few months of storage. The greens are lovely pureed into a pesto with basil, garlic, and arugula. They also taste good chopped up and fermented in homemade sauerkraut.

The best tasting carrots I've ever had. I couldn't believe I actually grew great tasting carrots! My entire family loved them. Sowed another three rows for the fall/winter harvest.

Review:

This was my first time with these and I adore them. I grew several types to see which I like best and these carrots were my favorite by far. They were actually a bit larger than I thought they would be and super sweet. Love these.

Review:

So many good things about this carrot. 1) I have clay soil; this carrot still grew straight. 2) They kept in my root cellar until February, when we ran out. 3) I planted these just after last frost and they grew all summer and into the fall. Out of over a hundred carrots, only one (1) bolted! 4) We have terrible slugs and snails that usually eat my carrots. However, they did not eat these beauties!
