This is my favorite radish. I'm not a fan of the spicy varieties, but I could munch on the mild crispness of the Opolanka Radish all day! In the early spring, after a few frosts, they almost have a buttery quality.
We use them in salads, fish tacos, spring soups, and even roast them! I wish I would have planted more and I can't wait to see how they do in the fall!
