When ordering by mail or fax, cut the order form out of the catalog and fill it out or write your order on a sheet of paper with your name, address and phone number. Please include item numbers on seed orders. They are listed right after the variety name, e.g. Roma tomato is #TM110. This will help us get your order to you quickly.

We accept Checks, Money Orders, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Cash in both U.S. and international funds (If paying by credit card, please write number and expiration date on your order.) as well as Paypal (when ordering online).

Note: Orders cannot be shipped until payment has been received by Baker Creek.

Customer Care Center for phone orders: 8am to 4pm CST, Monday through Friday. Closed weekends and holidays.

Seed Store: 8am to 4pm CST, Sunday through Friday. Closed Saturday and holidays.

USA Postage and Handling

We now charge just $3.50 per order for US orders! (All items & large bulk orders are included in this flat rate) We ship seeds year-round.

Notice: We are no longer able to change orders once they have been placed, due to multiple people and departments that work to finish each order. Orders are printed shortly after we receive them, and go into the fulfillment stage. If we happen to be out of an item, we will send you a refund unless we are planning to receive the item in the very near future.

Sales Tax:

• California customers: Please add 8.00% for all products except gift certificates, and  vegetable and herb seeds, which are non-taxable.
• Missouri customers: Please add sales tax  to all orders.  Vegetable and Herb seeds are 2.25%.  All other items are 5.225%, except for gift certificates, which are non-taxable.
• Other geographic areas are not subject to sales tax.

International Customers

We suggest that if you are not planning on purchasing a phytosanitary certificate, then keep your orders small (under $50).  If you are wanting to order more than that, or a lot of bulk seed, please contact us about breaking your order up into several shipments.  There will be an additional shipping charge for this service.  If your order is valued over $50 and you would like for it to be shipped 'Priority', unless you are purchasing a Phytosanitary certificate along with it, an additional charge (approximately $20 USD) will be required for each separate shipment that needs to be sent 'Priority'.  We are not responsible, and cannot refund for seeds that are confiscated, destroyed, or returned by customs.  Orders for small seed packets are just charged $3.50 shipping. There is an additional shipping charge for bulk seed, heavy seeds and supplies: Beans, Peas, Soya, Sorghum, Corn, Legumes, Grains, Books and Supplies. We will contact you for payment information for the actual shipping cost on bulk orders.  Processing of International orders may be delayed if your country requires additional documentation.  Once your order ships, it could take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive, which we have no control over, as it depends on how long it takes the order to clear customs in your country.

Average time to receive your order in the U.S. is between 7 to 10 days after receipt of your order with payment.

Terms and Conditions

All orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. Estimated time until shipping is usually 3 to 5 business days, though it is our goal to ship orders within 48 hours.

Seeds are guaranteed to germinate at reasonable rates for one year from the date of purchase. Seeds are also guaranteed to grow true to type. Seed packets may be returned for only these reasons, and are only eligible for an exchange or refund up to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We are in no way responsible for crop failures, insects, disease, floods, drought, terrorism and acts of God.

Merchandise is guaranteed to be free of defects. Any faulty or broken merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange up to 10 days from time of arrival. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
