Large, thick, 4-5" pods are superbly tender and delicious. This is my favorite snow pea. Bush plants are high yielding and stay compact. Developed by Dr. James Baggett, of Oregon State University. A winner

What are the pros? They have very high yields.
What are the cons? none
They taste very good and are easy to grow. My largest one was about 4 inches long. One thing is that they like lots of water.

What are the pros? Jumped out of the grow
I grew these spring 2013. They were great. Came up fast and took off. Grew them on tripod stands and it looked like Christmas trees and the peas were the decorations. I had no bug issues and the plants were loaded with giant pea pods. They tasted great. Filled my freezer with peas. Definitely growing them next year.

What are the pros? Delicious
Never grew peas. Loved them though. Got these to grow.
Didn't even think it would grow. Took me by surprise.
They grew very well, and when I say well, I mean WELL!
Was out of seeds.
Before I knew it I made myself receive a Bulk seed packet.
Will grow again.
Obviously for me the results of growing them were to good to be true. Though it was true!!!

What are the pros? Great Flavor
I planted one row of 10 and only six of the plants came up. Those six had a pretty good yield. I harvested three different times and got about a pound each time. These have a great flavor raw, we never got around to cooking them. These were usually eaten up the same day.
I plan to give these a try next year, but I will be planting more than one row.
