What are the pros? Delicious and easy
What are the cons? Nothing off the top of my head
Grew nice big leaves and nice thick stalks for frying. Quite prolific and easy to grow.

This Chard is an attractive, low maintenance, and delicious green, great in salads when small, or steamed alone, with other greens, or added to soups. Insects and disease are a non issue with these, but the deer just loved them.

This stuff has been the most consistent thing in the garden- came up in late April, and now we're at the end of a very hot July and it just keeps on producing, despite the fact that we haven't even watered it. Pretty coloring.
This is a great chard. It's very pretty with it's orange stems and veining. Very hardy plants, withstood the heat of summer and the cold of fall perfectly and never even thought about bolting. Pick the leaves and it grows more, leave the leaves and they get bigger and thicker. Grows well closely spaced and probably even better given more room. Low maintenance plant, but does attract earwigs like crazy. The taste is chard, pretty good, mild.
