What are the cons? what's not to like?
I'm a beginner gardener. This plant represents my biggest success. The plants are like a jungle; I probably should have pruned them. I have lots of these beautiful, delicious tomatoes. We had an unseasonably cool August so they were slow to ripen but once it warmed up, they ripened nicely.
The color is pinkish with some white which deepens to almost red the longer they stay on the vine. I just touch them and the ones that come off in my hands are ready. We've been eating them plain, in BLT sandwiches, with feta cheese and basil, and I've been giving some away.
I will for sure plant these again next year! They look so pretty and taste great.
