What are the pros? Looks great in July, August
What are the cons? None
Took a few months for this plant to get started, but well worth the wait. Very ornamental. Beautiful pink flowers open each morning. Prolific production. Next year this is going in my front yard right next to the walkway.

What are the pros? don't know, YET!
What are the cons? Don't know, YET!!
This is not sabdariffa, The seed pod is too smooth. And the flower is different. Sabdariffa grows all over the Caribbean.

What are the pros? don't know
What are the cons? haven't grown this plant
Reply for Monica reviewer: this isn't the African hibiscus tea. That's hibiscus sabdariffa or colloquially jamaican roselle (it's sold here on rares seeds under thai red roselle and is a fabulous ornamental, edible snack and tea maker.)

What are the pros? ALL over the place
What are the cons? n/a
Not a review per se. Is this the same plant they use in AFRICA as a Hibiscus "TEA"; they sell dried 'flowers' on the market. Wondering if it is the same plant. I have seen this same flower in AFRICA, MEAST, ASIA.....
