I planted these from seed almost 2 years ago, & they grew very large but never produced artichokes. They seem to do better in the winter here. When should they produce??

This is one of the best tasting Artichokes I have ever eaten. Relatively easy to grow and hearty.

Review:

I don't really know where to start. I ordered these and everything came as expected. I ordered 2 different artichoke varieties I planted one seed of each (I know I'm supposed to start with 2 or 3 three)But this shot up out of the soil after only a few days! Then a few days later one of it's cotyledon got broken off, I was worried that it would effect the seeding but it just kept going like nothing even happened!I highly recommend these! I'll keep you posted on progress.

Review:

The most beautiful artichoke we've ever grown and the earliest to bud in the spring. (We grow every variety of artichoke that we have been able to find.) Very tender leaves that are almost entirely edible. Cooks in no more than 20 minutes.
