What are the cons? woody when old, hard to see

Review:

We planted some of these in the middle of summer when normal radishes tend to not do very good. These radishes proceeded to produce a huge number of pods to eat. At least 15-20 per plant. No problem with insects like normal radishes, and the flowers attracted the local bees like crazy. There are only 2 minor issues with them. First, as mentioned, if they get too big, they get stringy to the point of being inedible. Also, since the pods are the same color as the stems, it can get hard to find them all to pick. You can go over the plants 2-3 times and later still find ones you missed. We will probably be planting nothing but these radishes from now on.
