120 days. This beautiful, round, white eggplant is shaded with rose-pink color. The lovely fruit grow to large sizes, making this one of the most striking types we sell! Excellent for market growers, this Italian heirloom is mild and delicious.

Review:

I grew this for the first time this year. The plant is quite prolific. At one time I had ten eggplants on one bush. The eggplant has fewer seeds than Black Beauty and it has a great flavor and texture. I highly recommend it.

Review:

I have more success growing eggplant in containers than in the ground. This variety get very tall with large foliage and is quite attractive when in flower and setting fruit. I prefer the round variety over the long types because they make for better rollatini or canneloni. Their flavor is mild; smokey when roasted for baba ganouj; harvest smaller ones for stuffing. Their shape and flavor make them versatile and indispensible for the home cook. Heck, for the professional cook as well.
