95 days. (C. maxima) Most beautiful flattened and ribbed large fruit are a gorgeous deep red-orange. A very old French Heirloom, this was the most common pumpkin in the Central Market in Paris back in the 1880's. The flesh is tasty in pies or baked. This one can also be picked small, like summer squash, and fried. It is a good yielder too.

What are the pros?
What are the cons?
I grow pumpkins in the field and do not give them much care, except to run the tractor between the rows to cut down on weeds; and these are the best growers for me this year out of 5 pumpkin types...I direct seed into the ground and it seems like they all germinated too.
