All the best Asian greens for stir-frying and steaming. A mix of many of the greens that I have enjoyed in Thailand. The rich flavor of these greens is incredible when lightly cooked and seasoned with garlic and Thai peppers. This formula mix is perfect for market growers. Also pick the greens in the "baby stage" for a tangy salad mix. We have been getting great comments from market growers about this mix.

What are the pros? Reliable

What are the cons? none

Review:

Of the dozens and dozens of seed packets I have ordered from Baker Creek, this is by far my favorite. I love that the mix does not specify which plants are included. It is fun! The mix seems to be mostly Brassicaceae with a small amount of other greens, such as chard. There is a lot of mustard and some kale and arugula and some choy and a small amount of purple mustard. I had been growing this mix from November to May when I was living in South Carolina. I live in the pacific northwest now and will be growing this mix year round outside (low tunnel or cold frame in the winter) and in clay pots by the kitchen window. Most of the greens are tender, sweet, and mild. Thanks Baker Creek!

Review:

Really great mix; flavors and textures are interesting. It took awhile to get going, but I may have planted it a bit early. I only used it for salads; need to try it as stir fries, too. I really liked it and my neighbor says its her favorite, too!
