Long, trailing vines produce a cascade of fiery, red-orange blooms. Great for growing over a garden wall or in a window box. A stunning color of the great vining types that have become hard to find in recent years. Still has that American cottage garden charm.

Review:

I have planted several types of Nasturtiums and they all did well. But my understanding is that they like lean soil, so if you feed them well, or water them too much, or pamper them they probably don't do very well.

Put these in the vegetable garden and they just about took over. They went nuts and covered one of my trellises....+ strawberry bed. Got so bad I had to prune them back. Nice flowers. Foliage was attractive. Leaves were huge. Saved seeds and will plant them in a spot they can take over.

Review:

I put these in my window boxes this year and they aren't trailing and spilling over at all. They look terrible . . pale green foliage (well, half the leaves are brown and dying off) with sparse flowering (maybe one bloom per plant). I have put other varieties of Nasturtium in these boxes in years past and they have thrived, and I keep them watered and fed well. I will be pulling all that I have planted and will re-do the boxes with something else.
