Review:

I was managing a small organic farm for a few years and last year I decided to try my hand at sugar beets. These were so good! The roots got pretty big if the rodents kept away from them. Very sweet. I enjoyed slicing them and eating them raw. I also sold some at my farm stand, and they were a favorite. I recommend!

Review:

Grows quickly and disease free. The leaves taste similar to Swiss Chard. The roots are very sweet. I ate it raw and the kids loved to chew on the roots. We grew about a 50 ft row and the biggest weighed in at 3 lbs 10.8 oz. We grew them over a 11 week period in the spring. We will try again in the fall.
