B. rapa) Superb mild flavor, is a must for stir-frying and salads. Beautiful small rosette heads, very popular at Asian markets. Plant after last frost to help prevent bolting.

What are the pros? Easy to grow. Good anway

What are the cons? Bolts a little early

Review:

Love this plant. Juicy stems. Beautiful plant flat rosette on the ground. Great in soups or prpared like spinach. Had a tendency to bolt, but may have been to temperature swings in the spring.

What are the pros? Great Green

What are the cons? Flea beetle magnet

Review:

This is one of our all-time favorite greens. It is up in a flash, grows quickly in fertile soil, and is delicious! You can use it in salads and stir-frys. Plant in the mid-August for fall use, or plant in early-mid-September in a hoophouse for later fall and winter use.

Review:

I grow this every year in my Wyoming garden and it does very well for me. My kid's like to pick the leaves and eat them when they play outside. After the plant flowers my kids even enjoy eating the cabbage flavored blossoms. If you're looking for easy and hardy plants, this is a good plant for you.
