What are the pros? Incredible flavor
What are the cons? None
A long time ago someone said that you do NOT want to eat a tomato or celery from the supermarket. I filed that in my memory base. Of course I agreed with the tomato part, but the celery took a while to get.
I ordered this kind by curiosity, and was totally blown away by the flavor. I made the chicken soup and my "praise challenged" husband had a look of pure delight as he had the chicken soup with this celery. It really had an incredible flavor.
I had so much of it in the garden, (as I would only pick one stalk at a time, or as needed) that come winter, I froze it in zip bags. It didn't lose the flavor at all. It is however tough, so once cooked it has to be chopped really fine and put back into the soup.
Would you recommend this product to a friend?
