Tennessee Red Cob Corn

White dent-type kernels are produced on deep red cobs! There are a number of red-cob types that hail from The Volunteer State, but this one was preserved and documented by University of Tennessee. Generally yields a single nice ear per plant, and has exceptional drought tolerance. The red cobs open up interesting possibilities for crafters. Superior for grinding into flour, or for roasting ears.
