Small plants set lots of unique, glowing, golden-orange, carrot-shaped fruit that are borne upright on plants-- so colorful! These are superb for the flower garden or as a potted plant. Crisp 6-inch fruit are flavorful, being sweet, crisp and sometimes slightly sharp-tasting. Very nutritious and fun to grow.

Review:

I had great success with these peppers, in Zone 7b (North Carolina) I had peppers up into October this year (2012) Nice crispy peppers, good sweet taste. Will grow again, and highly recommend to all.

Review:

For our community garden, I try choose plants that are compact and productive. This pepper proved to be both. The plants reached about 18" high and were loaded with peppers - so many that branches of the plant had to be supported or they would break! Most of our peppers were no more than 4" long, and they were crunchy and delicious raw or in salsas. We found that the skins of these peppers when cooked/roasted were thick and waxy. Better for fresh eating.

Review:

The Tequila Sunrise Pepper pepper plant was very productive for me, great, crisp taste. Tastes a lot like a green pepper, mildly sweet, looks great in salsa and salads. The plant was nice to look at as well with all those bright orange peppers poking up, and easy to find when picking, Definately going to purchase again.
