Review:

Received this as a gift for Mother's Day. Have lots of garden books this one is the BEST !! If I could only choose one book , this would be it. He covers so many areas and is practical besides. What is nice about this author is he doesn't do things based on what "everyone" else says. He challenges "known" gardening practices with common sense reasoning and does what works. He also writes with a nice tone and flow. I highly recommend this book to beginners and advanced gardeners alike.

Review:

Recieved this as a Mother's Day gift from my family. Have read a lot of garden books but, if I only could have one this would be it !!! This man covers everthing and in a practical manner. His advice is down to earth and he doesn't just repeat what every other book does. He challenges common "known" wisdom and offers experience, how-to's and logic. This book also reads well and has a good flow to it..
